When you think of gluten-free bread, you probably think of crumbly or gluey loaves that don't taste so good. Most can be quite expensive and often have a long list of unfamiliar ingredients. Remember if you can't pronounce it or even know what it is, you probably don't - and shouldn't - want to eat it.
Tired of these offerings, and bemused as to why they are even being made, let alone bought and consumed, we figured that there had to be a better way. So, we got to work and developed 3 different beads to suit most tastes and dietary needs.
Our doughs have strength and elasticity to create a chewy and familiar texture. Sandwich Loaf has a mild sourdough taste, made with rice, yam, sorghum, and amaranth. Grain-Free is earthy and darker, made with yam, amaranth, teff, and quinoa. Yeast-Free is slightly sweeter, made with rice, yam, sorghum, amaranth, and sweet potato.
