Our Fauxmage range is made with wholly natural and nutritious ingredients to cater for those who cannot eat dairy. We don't believe in denial.
Vegan cheese is often bland-tasting and plastic or rubbery in texture, thanks to highly processed oil bases blended with a mix of preservatives and flavourings - which can top as many as 15 ingredients - and contain little nutritional benefits.
We pride ourselves in shunning sketchy preservatives and using minimal ingredients to create all of our products, and Fauxmage has been consciously made with satiating plant-based protein, monounsaturated fats, and the digestive benefits of probiotics.
Rice-based Gouda has a tangy flavour and smooth, springy texture which slices easily. The buttery Brie is made with an aquafaba butter base and can be sliced and melted. Activated cashew-based Lemon & Lavender is sweet and refreshing, perfect for dessert, and makes an excellent cheesecake.
